我们是谁

本条款适用于由特拉华州公司 mmon Co. 运营的 Common Concept 和 Hub。邮寄地址：2261 Market Street #4755, San Francisco, CA 94114。一般问题和举报请联系 support@mmon.co。

发布与复用

发布 Patch 即表示你允许其他用户在注明来源的情况下采用并分叉该 Patch。Hub 会在基础链中记录发布沿革。该记录有助于表明来源和署名；它不证明发布者有权纳入每一部分内容，不会授予发布者并不拥有的权利，也不能发现所有侵权行为。

Hub 不提供逐 Patch 许可证选择器或创作者付款功能。这项一般许可并非为每个 Patch 单独选择的许可证。

撤回与版权举报

普通的版本撤回会将该发布名称从公开发现中移除，并阻止新的采用。已有的精确固定引用仍可解析。普通撤回与版权通知不同，本政策不将其称为版权法上的救济措施。

对于有效的版权通知，运营者会停止提供相关发布内容的访问，包括停止通过已有固定引用提供访问。此运营者操作与普通撤回相互独立。只有运营者可以恢复访问；发布者的 Public 或 Unlisted 设置不能恢复访问。解除版权停用标记不会清除独立存在的普通撤回标记。已经交付的副本无法收回。

重复侵权

在适当情况下，重复侵权者的账户会被终止。处理由运营者通过现有的 Clerk 和 Convex 操作界面手动完成。不设定数值化的违规次数门槛。

适用法律与联系方式

本条款适用特拉华州法律。一般问题请联系 support@mmon.co。正式版权通知应发送给《内容政策》中列出的指定版权代理人，而不仅是通过举报链接提交。
